Judith Durham - Lord Make Me An Instrument Of Your Peace
The lyrics to this will never fade away. They are so true today more than ever as young people struggle with educational debts while bank's and politicians rob us blind. Never give in climb the hill and succeed. 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴
The sincerity shines brightly throughout this song
Thank You LORD GOD Almighty for this wonderful gift.
My absolute favorite version of this Beautiful song
Judith is singing in Heaven now . Thank GOD. Thank You LORD . Forever . 7/1/24
Love Donovan’s version of this song too!❤
The album Sound Of The Seekers had a much better mix of this song.
She was beautiful in all ways!!!
Beautiful voice....... Brasil
A cleaned up version of Donovans.😅😅😅😅
Marvelous
I'm 78 now and I have enjoyed everyone of your many songs . We all miss you! Your voice is so soothing and beautiful!
I saw the seekers live on stage in Edinburgh and also solo performances by Judith in Glasgow concert hall. Also she toured with the jazz band as well and produced a spell binding performance each time. She could sing any type of song. A truly great musical talent.
Perfection 😘
Judith is singing in Heaven ; now -- Thank GOD . Thank You LORD .
Perfect harmonies
Beautiful
As a young child I LOVED this recording with a passion. There's something undeniable about it!
Reminds me a lot of Cass Eliot!:)
Beautiful voice! Brasil
This song “I Am Australian” is an absolutely wonderful, brilliantly-written song. As for the singer, the late Judith Durham, she was even more wonderful and had the most stunningly beautiful voice I ever heard in my life. “No words are remotely adequate” to describe her says @twinstu50. I know exactly what he means but I’d like to say that I loved her singing more than I can possibly say!.
nice song, but I like the original from the Springfields more. Greetings from Arnhem/Holland/Europe
Love both recordings but the 'Springfields' has the edge!
Absolutely lovely.
Living in country Victoria going to primary school. Early to mid '70's. Once a week the class would stop to learn a song via a show broadcast on the ABC. We had a book that had the words given to us at the start of the year. This was one of the songs.
Fantastic beautiful soul with perfect pitch, diction, what a humble talented lady she was xx❤
Whenever i hear the Seekers sing it makes me think of my mums family who emigrated to Australia in the 60s , God bless them all xx
Beautiful.....
Great singer love her voice 3:27
You've either got it or you haven't... let me tell ya.... Judith Had it
It’s so say we lost her
We borrowed an angel
First time hearing this beautiful song from Judith so pleased I found it
best song 🎧
You KNOW you're a top group when you can sing as well as this, and let a singer as good as Judith Durham go for a tea break!
So great to see a musical group age so gracefully and maintain perfect pitch . Loved them then and love them now. I am 71.❤
No one will surpass the voice of Judith . ❤❤
Good Lord how I miss those folk music years so much.
Judiths amazingly clear voice only improved with her age and confidence. The Seekers music brought me immense enjoyment. Thankyou. The 1960s was a transformative music decade.
La cancion de "Felicidad" que cantaba Victor Iturbe el Pirulí es muuuy parecida.
This is great. Simply wonderful. A beautiful lady and performance to be remembered always.
This is one of my favorite seekers songs. There my favorite group ❤️
So amazing ❤wonderful taken to early
Wonderful song wonderful singer rest I peace judith. And spouse. Patrick
Beautiful song wonderful singer. Rest in piece. Patrick
What an amazing woman and voice. My sense of perfect pitch is not as good as it used to be, but I know I’m either correct or only a note off in saying that the final note she sings is a C above the treble clef!
The hope and positivity of the sixties died when this group split up Afterwards just drug fuelled insanity
What a singer she was,, the best, rest in peace,
Don't forget 'Dusty Springfield' she had an amazing Soulful voice, very 'bluesy'
'Island of dreams' what a fantastic melancholy track, takes me back to a 15 year old girl where the World was your 'Oyster' ❤
As an adolencent in late 60s she was my first crush.what a voice and look.r.i.p. judith loved to have seen u in person
